Kathleen Stoltzfus offers a magnificent selection of non-certified, naturally and organically raised heirloom vegetables and salad greens. She also specializes in hard-to-find, unique specialty/gourmet crops. She offers primarily heat-loving crops in the summer and cold-tolerant crops in the winter. Winter crops are grown in low tunnels, an unheated hoophouse and a minimally-heated greenhouse.
