For the first time since its 1996 departure, Willow Valley made the move to return to its roots and rejoin Lancaster's historic Central Market, as a standholder. Willow Valley's well-known baked goods and pastries will once again be available to the thousands who visit Central Market each week. Willow Valley has a strong connection to the Market dating back to 1943 when John and Florence Thomas opened an egg and poultry stand as the company's first business venture. The stand remained a staple at Central Market for more than 50 years.
